At Jump Ropes World, we understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your order, please review our cancellation policy below.

Order Cancellation Timeframe

• You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped, whichever comes first.

• Once the product is shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

How to Cancel an Order
To cancel your order, please email us at support@uniqring.com with your Order ID and reason for cancellation.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

• If the order is canceled in time, the full amount will be refunded within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

• If the order has already been processed/shipped, please refer to our [Return Policy] for further steps.

Non-Cancellable Items

• Customized or personalized products

• Orders placed during special sales or clearance events
