Return Window
You can return your item within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Return

• Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition

• Used or damaged products are not eligible unless they were defective on arrival

• Customer must provide proof of purchase (order ID or invoice)

Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

• Refunds are made to the original payment method

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or discounted items

• Products returned without original packaging
